Wouldnt freak out about the letter of intent. The stock has already been issued for the merger to take place. Thus the reason for the large restricted share count. It will take place. I feel though, that the next run will be larger than this one once it is made official. Thats how r/m work in pinky land. Stock comp for the merger. Takes just a few weeks to a few months to complete. Its not the first one thats ever taken place so hold on to your butt. lol.
