Yes!!

The MM's are not certain at what point there will be an
interest in trading. What you are seeing is the wishful
(and sad) attempts to try to generate some interest in this
security. After the incredible mismanagement of this
company, it will go sub penny very quickly. People are
very hesitant to put in good money after bad management.
