Let me think about that.

A '534 partnership, too early, when Harvey thinks he can get more for the partnership down the line (or) a secondary to add a cushion to the balance sheet (like Ariad and many many other companies have done in past - despite having "partnerships pending").

I would say, a secondary is more likely if Harvey is planning on going the first trial alone (which by all means he has indicated).

A partnership is more likely. I believe before the end of the year there will be a partnership.
