Q1 Yes

Q2 The last round gave Viking a little over 3M cash with what was left over from last Q

Q3 they get their shares at a 4% discount

Q4 No those shares are now in the open market and free to trade, they are not treated differently than common stock

Q5 Dutchess has said they are selling the shares as soon as they get them, But they do have the option if they wish to hold.

Q6 Once Dutchess is out the price should move higher, This deal was done in Jan 2010, Anyone worth their salt knew about the Dilution, Why the share price went down yesterday was do to the fact that some had no Idea what they were buying when they bought VKNG, They paniced and sold, IMHO that was a good thing, Get the weak hands out.
