Thank you for your reply 'Vine'. I question whether any one buyer or even a cartel of buyers could purchase 5% of ERHE shares on the open market for thirty cents. As BB has mentioned, if any one buyer (ie., SNP) went public with a bid to purchase 5% of ERHE stock, the market price would escalate geometrically and instantaneously...I think.
