When they were going through tough times. Now he IS releasing PR again which means things are better and improving. You have to look to the present and future situation here and not dwell on the past. A lot of companies went straight out of business in the recession. ICOA held on, and is now coming back to be even stronger than they were prior to the recession.
The complaints are there that you can go and read....but basically George NEVER communicates....never releases supporting PR's, never files his paperwork with the SEC etc, etc....
My take on it is whenever George runs out of personal funds for his lifestyle he gets off his butt and does the "minimum" so he can DO a PR....and dump more shares to live on.
