BVIG (ie KAT Gold Holdings) was only purchased this year. I think you need to go back and do more homework. The last filing was mid September and lists all of the directors. You will note that Jacobsen is not on the list. The filing also lists shareholders holding greater than 5% of the company and it lists just one name - Ken Stead.
You seem adamant that there is a problem here... but there isn't! Jacobsen has had nothing to do with KATG in any form EVER and nothing to do with KATX since the Atlas Mining deal which was resolved a year or so back and explained by Ken in an email that you have been shown on numerous occasions now. Now please note it never mentions Jacobsen as either a director or a shareholder!
