In the mean time Dean can enjoy his $12K a month salary + expenses while he monitors his next venture. But why would Dean want to be involved in another venture if he already owns 60M shares of a "sure thing"? At $1.50 per share upon approval IMGG will net Dean $90M. Why doesn't he fully focus on the goose that can lay a golden egg? Because IMGG is not a sure thing and without approval will be BK the same day.
