There will always be the but if in all these deals,,think positive!! its all about CYA for both sides,,they wouldnt have gone this far and used all this time and involved all theses organization like I-Bankers to turn around and say we changed our minds..this is happening this is what we have been waiting for..buying more and holding long here!!!!
I've seen many deals where an acquisition is completed via cash, stock, and assumption of the acquired company's debt. This happens all the time. What makes this so bad here?
