I agree, I don't think there will be a reverse split. Company does not have enough outstanding shares. More likely they will file to increase number of outstanding shares. With the reported DD on here of possible revenue of 20 million for iMD companies, even if a huge dilution to 1 Billion shares (which I think would be extreme), that is still an EPS of $0.02

they did one on TBJK....almost same SS
