I'd figure to go off the 9/13 date, the Monday that the website was "officially" public. You could start from 9/8 when it was first released but 9/13 gives you a five day pad to work with.
I figured we'd see the 8k a week after a change was made in ownership on the Nevada SOS site. However, given the fact that he is the owner of the merging company, the NV SOS may not change at all.
