This is the ONLY company I've invested in to date that has ever shown any true regard for how things will affect their shareholders!
Yes, there will be dilution, but this is the BEST POSSIBLE form of it! What other company has ever made a deal like this for their shareholders? Every other company I've had the misfortune of owning screws the shareholders five ways from Sunday and laughs all the way to the bank with OUR MONEY!
Nephros got royally screwed by the FDA and they need money. They could have just cranked up the printing presses and flooded the market with shares. Instead they are trying to give the people who have stood by them through this the opportunity to still come out ahead.
I actually hope they choose a record date that is already past... I don't want people jumping in just to get this deal, because those people will dump the shares as soon as they get them!!!
