I have not heard of them but I did some comparison and NENE is the winner.

NENE's solar cells can be sprayed on at room temperature and the window is transparent. This allows it to be applied to existing windows.

RSi's solar cells must be embedded into the glass at manufacturer so it can only be used in new construction or the entire window replacement.

Both have applied for patents that are pending.
