TCLIF can at least post a 8-K with the SEC outlining intent to merge- doesn't have to have specific, just notice of intent- still no filing- there's a right way and a wrong way to do mergers, this smells more and more every day.
if this were real with 217 million shares traded, the PPS would have had a significant move upwards
