thanks here too. and exactly lazy. so to sum up:

owvi owns a 60% controlling share of ist.
ist website is in need of updating, no reference has been removed. in fact technically no mention really needs to happen, this was a behind the scenes move more important for owvi than ist.
still believe no pr is because prior does not want to send out a pr until the audit is out.
hearing ist is doing business is a good thing.

speaking of i believe prior mentioned earlier in the year that he thought the solar side would pick up in the second half of the year. financials also showed a lot of accounts receivables. so it sounds like this new development supports what he projected months ago. this is very encouraging imo.
