Atlas partnered with KAT a while ago. This came to an end short after. Guess Ken was fooled into it by Jacobson (CEO of Atlas) and realized it was the wrong path. The convertible debentures where either paid with interest or converted to common and sold around the $0.05. I remember there was a massive supply of shares around that range.

All this is over and is history. KAT has done the right thing and did it well.

It is useless discussing this IMO.
