anytime sir. oh and please correct me if i am wrong, but i went back to check the date you posted. it was the 26th. i assume you went either on or right before that day. if so, wasnt there a national festival in china from the 20th to 26th?
if so, wouldnt that also affect traffic and business? i know i had very little contact from factories i deal with during that time.
extrapolating, and i know this does not excuse or explain the months until 8/15 or all of the time since, lets keep things like this festival in mind. not sure if bt shuts down operations but i am pretty confident saying tuteman and ist would have shut down operations meaning obtaining any answers/information during said time would just not happen.
right now (10/1 through 10/8) is another national holiday in china so again i would not expect any communications and more delay on any chinese based business during this time.
and yes, festivals and holidays pretty much mean the country itself shuts down. if anyone has dealings with china they can attest to this. the people there, well until recent changes have started to be put into place due to new labor protocols, people normally work a good 16+ hours a day 6 days a week. so they take their holidays very seriously.
i can go and back check but i am sure there were other shut down times during the past few months.
