DEAR BILLY: What you and Whisperin' BOTH failed to mention in your posts, IS THAT THE R/S TOOK PLACE LAST MAY, AND THAT THE PRICE HAS RECOVERED WONDERFULLY SINCE THAT TIME, the which is rather an uncommon event, for most companies, after they under go a R/S don't fare very well, and often don't recover at all. But that obviously can not be said of ICOA, not even by the so notorius & infamous bashers! So, do not be alarmed by that event that is now almost 6 months behind us. And believe me, a 5000 to 1 R/S is a pretty good 'rape job', but in order for the company to survive & do well, that it just truly believed that it had to be done, and also take notice that it has been the ONLY R/S that the company has undergone in about 20 years. Now, to also speak to the former investors who were so terribly hurt, their hurt & mourning could have most easily turned into a very real positive joy & hope by simply having would have bought 3 to 5 million shares or more when the pps was recently down to .0001, for if they had simply HAD FAITH BASED ON GOOD DD TO DO SO, I am quite sure that almost all of them, if not all of them, could have completely recovered all of their former & original investment monies, if not also EVEN ENDED UP WITH SOME NICE GAINS, LATELY! But if they failed to do so, and to do that, whose fault is it??? Sincerely & empathetically submitted, because I mu self have been through 2 such R/S, one announced beforehand, and one not announced beforehand, and neither one were 'fun', to say the least, and neither company has fared well since the doing of it!
