Can't we just call the firm that is supposedly doing the audit and ask simply are you doing a audit on the TDGI financials? You can't ask what the audit has shown so far, but the firm I would think would have to say yes or no about if they are doing a audit. Hell tell them you are with the SEC and a charge against TDGI has been filed for alledgedly misleading information about your firm doing the audit and should have been completed months ago. I would think they would give you a answer, could be wrong.

what also must be noted is that some of the older titles may be re evealuated or written off going by memeory on last filing it says H T giving guidance on older inventory re valuation , also i wonder if some of the older titles still have value today

Assuming the audit has been completed at this point in time(it's been awhile since TDGI's last public filing), TDGI is under no obligation to release the results of that audit. That's a fact you conveniently failed to mention.

My hunch could be wrong, but I think at this point, one thing is pretty clear, and whether or not you care to admit, it's one of the many reasons why investors haven't jumped on board: something is NOT right with the way this company is being managed. There's too much ambiguity in the press releases and public filings. Whether or not it's a sham company remains to be seen, but it's starting to reak...
