At this point we shareholders must question the competency of current management. They repeatedly hire people who turn against the company. If the reason is that the hired people/firms are not properly paid, then there has been a communication gap. It is possible that the surprise rapid entrance into Chapter 11 caused the problem, and it stemmed from the switch from MD to MS to JB as CEO. Still, it looks like the foresight of the current BOD has been more like short-sight. This potentially big time operation needs a major league BOD and management. Does anyone really believe we have that at present?
