300k is plenty money considering they've already completed the mock trials, have begun the IP protection process, and have already completed Beta.

Also from the 10-Q:

Assuming successful hospital beta testing, commercialization of the system with first product deliveries is expected during late 2010 or early 2011, which the Company believes will provide the necessary revenue to fund additional advanced efforts with this technology for bio-terrorism counter measures, as well as other projects.

Notice the entire sentence is dependent upon "successful hospital beta testing". Our bet is that those tests WERE successful. Once we hear about that success, the company's future expenses will be funded through COMMERCIAL SALES.

There are no expenses right now.
