IMO I can not see anything stopping the Birlin project. The PUC is reviewing the 20 year contract. Most of the objections have already been heard and ignored with the approval last week. Any objections that the PUC might have can be addressed between PSNH and LaidLaw and the contract changed. There isn't anything that is a deal breaker that I can see.

I am buying 200k more on Monday to add to my 3.4 million. I am in this for the LONG but might take some profits along the way.
