Yep, I don't recall all the exact details and names, but every time I looked under the hood here, it seemed like the CEO was a building a multi engine size, multi market, multi stage diversified company now, with it's own in house parts manufacturing capability by merging with an existing profitable China automotive parts OEM, as apposed to the old R&D only company. And the 1.5 million share stock swap, stock buy between Falcon and TTEG should be interesting as well! One merger, and one partial merger already underway. Makes one wonder why the stock is so cheap lately.
