I agree with u. Many great chartists that I follow have been proven wrong over and over again. None of the action in the charts are making sense these days. The Feds are pumping the market up to bring back retail confidence in the markets again, but the actions lately just reinforces the retail mindset that the market is nothing more than a casino. Fundamentals no longer work as stocks go up and down at a macro level. Technical analysis no longer works because when the chart begins to fall apart, the Feds inject $3 billion into the market to prop it back up. Then u have daily flash crashes occurring in individual stocks. The SEC's investigation report on the May 6th flash crash is BS as well. This market is broken and when the intraday chart begins to fall apart, they come through with these ridiculous ramp jobs. And we have the media pumping the markets up, and the president bashing Fox News as "destructive." I give Fox News more credibility than CNBC. It's no wonder the volume in the market is so low. August's volume marked a 3 yr low, and analysts thought volume would return in September as people returned from their summer vacation, but they were wrong again. Septembers volume is 8% lower than august, and imagine how much lower it would be if it weren't for POMO. Dumb money is gone and wall street knows this, that's why they're laying off their prop traders. Then you have the whole foreclosure mess with the banks and JPmorgan and just recently Bank of America admit to this, people are finally starting to see the farce in America. Financials are going to start hurting due to the lack of liquidity, which will then again take the whole market down.

And i'd like to let you know that I'm 17 years old, so i still have a lot more to learn. And I am currently reading up on any investment book i can get my hands on. I look to recieve my CMT license after high school. I'm not saying im better than everyone else on this blog, nor am i saying that any other method of analysis is incorrect. I'm only here to try and share my analysis with the rest of the community and my view on the market.

I have no idea how this dispute started, but I will very much end this right here. I am here to provide my opinion on the market, like everyone else. So you stick to your methods and your opinions, and I stick to mine. Any disagreements you might have with my analysis, i suggest you keep your disagreements friendly rather than "throw off" my opinions. I'm sure if there was a "TA Arguement Room", it would be made somewhere on iHub, but this is a room for SPY, and I intend to keep it that way.

Quid-PRO-Qou... NICE, the "Truth" can bee pain-full to some but refreshing to others but it's da-"Truth" none-the-less!

The sooner that play-r's recognize that this is nothing more then a rigged "Casino" bar and most of the spoils go to those running dis-Gig the sooner they'll be able to accept that prices will go where da-Boyz can make the most coins based on the bets placed!

In summary, when there are massive long bets placed then da-Boyz go south and vice-a-versa when there are massive short bets placed. So many play-r's were expecting September to be a blood-bath that it only made sense for da-boyz to go against said bets and run-r UP!

It's a "FOOLS game regardless, just as horse track betting, Casino's, and the lottery, BUT, the shear "RUSH" one gets of being right and the possible riches one would experience if they make the right bet keeps us ALL coming back for, well, another chance at beating da-Boyz at dare OWN GAME, Oh Boy, Sigh.......
