"We(LLEG) make money if the project is successful"

are you saying that if the Berlin plant in operational mode is successful LLEG makes money? Or if they actually get the plant up 'to run'?

should we interpret from your statement that you got no funds from selling the LLEG shareholder interest? Or did you ever sell them?

His sworn testimony supports that he (MBB) will not be paid as CEO of the new company, except for benefits received as a LLEG shareholder.

I am comfortable with his answer.

I don't like to share price, and find that CEO communication (or lack thereof) is part of the issue, but I am confident that this answer aligns with sworn testimony at the EFSEC hearings and that gives me great comfort.

Mike thank you for the update. Us true longs have your back. The true longs are the investors of LLEG not just daytraders looking to make a quick buck. When you announce your equity deal you have gotten for LLEG we realize the daytraders will be gone and won't have a chance to get back in at these cheap prices as the stock price will reflect the true value of LLEG at a much higher value of the PPS.

Perhaps in the future when you are making a post to your fellow shareholders, don't use the word "I" am holding aces full. It should be "WE" are holding aces full.

Here was your post. http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=55082488

Regarding the comments of your last post about making statements repeatedly to us shareholders. Where could we find where you repeatedly stated this info? Keep in mind I and several others read the SEC website, Laidlaw Blogs, Twitter, Byte and Chew (my favorite), and now the PUC meetings every single day. I don't see anything stated to shareholders that has been repeated and I certainly didn't suggest you are trying to enrich yourself at the expense of us.

FYI, I would take the points with Tulane tomorrow. I don't think your beloved Rutgers team can cover.

Mike, thanks for stopping by the board. I know that you are very busy these days but it does help being able to communicate on occasion and it is very appreciated. Thanks again.

Thanks Mike, however please do realize that there are many pinksheet veterans here who have the battle scars (and losses) to prove that there are many CEO's who use the pinksheets to scam investors. Uplisting might help since the reputation of a bigger exchange is better and filings will provide transparency. So, don't take the skepticism personally, it's a stigma that comes with being on the pinksheets.

Keep up the hard work, all LLEG shareholders are looking forward to a successful future.

mike ...how many shares of lleg do you own personally ?...seems like most companies share that info...i am a little confused by the "70%" thing...an answer to that question would go a long way , imho , to comfort your other shareholders...tia
