You make some very valid points about the threats/competition. The ease and universal potential of go800 is what differentiates the service. The bottom line is if you believe the threats outway the potential then do not invest.

If you mean using SMS codes, like what Comcast is doing, your right, but they will be limited to the features that SMS offers.

If any company wants the features of a Voice Keyword they will have to get it from Go800.

Everyone needs to know the difference in the features between SMS and Voice Keywords. The facts are out there. Many here know them, very few don't.

Potential new investors need to understand the difference, this is important.

If/when Go800 does become universal, it won't even be close...nobody would want to take the time to make sure they have the appropriate shortcode to connect with the company they want...all they'll have to remember is Go800 and the keyword that should be easy to remember like "Chase" to reach Chase Bank.
