But patience will win out and we are the ones that will be rewarded the most. Buy and hold yields the most profits over flipping. I do wish however that the flippers and non team players would just get out and stay out!
I also stand firm that much of this is orchestrated by the MMs. Some sellers jumping around yes but also a lot of smoke and mirrors going on also. Our time will come, just have to be patient, extremely patient as we have been
I know it's difficult, but be patient. There are a LOT of us holding long term here, and eventually it will make the crucial difference. I know how you feel, believe me, I thought we were almost there six months ago, but a few flippers with big bucks let the bad guys off the hook for the time being. It happened before, and CDIV came back strong, so I'm sure it will again.
