Keep trying 1.2 Million at .0009 closed it at .0009 it doesn't matter how many hit the ask because it's still a hit at ask.

Yes someone did dump 10 Million shares at close but there was 325 Million volume that 10 Million dumped at .0008 is nothing to the volume as a whole.
