If you look on the pr around the time of the supposed Luxor acqusition, the reason for the RS was to move to a higher exchange. I wish there was somthing to get excited about but the writing is on the wall.

I can't figure out why they still have the updated share structure of 50 mil still on there website.What is their point?

There have been people bashing EV since 2005 on scam.com,so this is nothing new. He realy has a bad history.I only wish I would have seen that before investing in Artfest.
