I got your question on the FFGO board, but I don't have PM and I can't post more than once a day on that board. You can place an order with scottrade for above 4 times the last trade for stocks under $20.00. You can also call in an order to sell stocks that are not on their restricted list and place orders that are verbally taken, and charged at the broker assisted commission rate over-the-phone rate of $30.00.
Scottrade should be giving me three free trades for giving you their technical support here. But, they are the best trading platform for getting quotes. I often use my USAA account with the Scottrade account in tandem. Often owning stocks in the scottrade for day flipping and trading and an account that I also own in the USAA for identical stocks that I am staying in long.
