joedebull: The Company's shareholder shindig on September 10 introduced the new LTC management team as guests of honor. Here it is three weeks later with little to write home about except delays and a mountain of shares unloaded @ 0.05. That the Company would undertake the trouble and expense of a debut before getting their ducks in a row seems inconceivable. Among other egg-faced features, why risk embarrassing the prestigious LTC team if XYZ back-office funding wasn't ready for prime time?
What then is the X-factor? FWIW, my notion is delay by design, in other words, acquisitive XYZ deal makers set a numerical goal. In that vein, Wall Street echoes an oft told refrain: A stock never goes up until the traders are ready to release it. "Ready" being a euphemism for "positioned."
