Stanu, IEHC was going to be something I was considering perhaps going close to or over 5%, but I missed my window for the 35 cent offer and a few other expenses came up. Right now, I have to sit on the sidelines. I do think like PYOL that just because it's at a dollar doesn't mean that there isn't much more potential for the investor that can wait.

In the annual report, the president's message said that they were talking to other companies about doing some contract work or something to that effect, and that they would announce something if anything happened. That looked very encouraging, but as I have heard no announcements of any type, I can only assume that nothing happened. Then, out of the blue, this buying came along.

I've held IEHC for about a year. Like PYOL, more of a turn around situation, with executives taking out low salaries and no options outstanding. If these make me millions some day, it'll be because people start seeing that they need to reward companies that don't over pay executives, as they also have large stakes in their own company. There are very very few of them out there. Sure, it takes some time to have investors see the light, but I've done the worst when I've traded stocks, so the large stakes here force me to stay in and talk to management. In my book, that's what investing is all about, the rest is speculation.

Thanks for your good wishes too! (I may need them yet!!).
