I cannot figure it out either because the Authorized share count was not maxed out. So if the company was just planning on diluting, at least dilute up to the maximum AS number and then do a reverse split. And why 3,000 to 1? I just hope that somehow, someway, this ends up being a good thing. I can hope can't I?
