You don't understand what? This stock was never meant to be successful is what it all amounts to.
This shell was a piggy bank for Tom & his buddy KK @ Greenshift who got a debenture from Tom there (yes, both stocks trading above .03 with conversion value at .001) so don't expect this thing to ever go anywhere...
Let me see how exactly it must have been talked about. KK says to Tom - "Look, I will give you this shell, you just allow me to convert these hundreds of millions of shares at .001 while stock price is .03+ and in return I will give you a cd for my other company at .001/share too and it's trading well above .02! We can definitely get rich off each others shareholders, even if neither of us care to run a company..."
