The lawsuit has always been a stupid farce and was never anything more than a lame last ditch pump attempt by Moskowitz. It was laughable.

I told everyone from the start it would go absolutely nowhere and that is exactly where it has gone.

Just curious. If he felt so strongly about his allegations that he was willing to go to litigation, what other reason than disclaiming would cause him to drop it?
