ray penney stocks are no way to invest.... I have caught lighting in a bottle a few times.... but only by accident... I bought in low the paid promotor pump it up and I sold all in one day.... do some DD on these people see what they are pushing the one here pumps otc guys picks he may even be him..... but ever pick ends the same why... the true investor always loses
