Well, it's quite obvious volume is drying up and so is interest and usually when the market anticipates something, it dictates it via the pps and volume.

Market sees NOTHING happening here other than shares being issued to convert the debt outstanding with this shell.

If we see a PR event it's to muster up some willing victims as they flood the market with new shares.

Wash trading at it's finest I tell you.
