I'm not a Short but rather a Long. What I'm trying to do is get someone to give me an answer about this company which makes any kind of sense. The Board makes statements which it can't back up or explain. The aggression shown by JG at the meeting was not the reaction you would expect of someone who new good things were coming in the near future. It reminded me of someone over come by stress. If good things are going to come in "weeks not years" I wouldn't expect him to react in such an unprofessional manner.Get your head out to the sand. As far a Raging Bull, I've never even heard of it. I've taken profits on this stock and will continue to hold some in case lighting strikes. Do I want to see the company succeed? Oh course I do. I guess this board is only for Blind followers,not shareholders with open minds and serious concerns.

Torecian - Please try to be objective. Any negativity about TOVC you think is being said by shorts. This is not an appropriate response, nor is it accurate. If you feel I have misstated information, please explain in detail where I am wrong. I called out the moderator for his missinformation. I understand you want this thing to go, so do I. But there is becoming more and more discrepancies in what people say and think vs what the facts prove. Lies no matter what the issue (Estate taxes vs other things) is not a quality I want being the caretaker of my money.

I can tell you once again. I am an investor for the long haul. I have invested tons in this company after my original due diligence. Since that time I see facts and report them hereand ask questions. I am an investor that would like to get to the bottom of a few things. Most of those thing are "above your knowledge base," however.. It is also above Your buddy Dread's head also. Either that or he is lying. The only person that knew of someone calling Margaret is Dread. As you are aware he reported that. He is connected at the hip to the company. As far as his report goes here it is and I quote, " I called the company today they tell me that Vernon's wife, Margaret, has been getting calls this morning about this estate tax matter. Boy, I sure how (Hope) the folks from this board are more sensitive to private family matters after the death of a loved one than to be making those calls. " end quote.

1. Do you think that anyone calling this company that they would tell you that information?

2. Upon the death of anyone you will get call from attorneys, planners etc. Why do you assume someone from this board called her? You have got be kidding me. Talk about stooping to a new low.

3. How can you call this a smear campaign. Warren, Art, Reporter, Dino, Dyna and I are looking for answers. I as one have held my shares since my original purchase and it sounds like they have too.

4. When you two come out with answers that don't fit we question you more. You are either misinformed or lying.

5. Talk about stooping to new low. One lies and the other swears to it.

Tor is right on the bulls eye

They will come in all different ways. They will try to
get you in conversations about anything that is negitive.
First who is the knew guy, then its why are the insiders
selling, then its why didn't they buy, and so on and
so forth. Shorts will always say they are long, but then
always have something in what they say that makes you
think negitive about your investment. They are pro's at
what they do. There are not that many shares out there
to buy. This seems to happen during quiet times. They
know what to say, how to say it, and really don't care
who they lie to. All they want is for you to sell your shares
to cover there shorts. Look at the names, and watch them
go away in the next 3 to 6 months

Hang on folks, at least this year.
