Tibby, are you referring to (possible) LTW scenario like the DIMEQ warrants where we might get warrant shares in case there is a ruling in our favor down the road?


If so, maybe those could be a part of a "sweetener" along with a bit bigger bone in terms of ownership in the new company to get us to shut our mouths and let them emerge.
