It is not possible to claim something in the name of a non existant corporation in 2003 that does not even come into existance until 2005. So, logically it was cheaper to file the claim as an individual (in Ken's name) at a cheaper cost. How do you know that Ken taking the Handcamp claim with him when he left was not part of a severance arrangement with Cornerstone taht Cornerstone approved? What I am suggesting makes more sense that what you are stating about Ken.
