MasterT, that link is the nail I'm hanging my hat on. IMO, just stay the course and let the court sort this thing out. The gas and oil, AND, customer are there and waiting. A BOOM is very possible!! Feast and famine - that's the way of life in Penny Land.

You're right. It still has a pulse, although weak and far in between, but it may be in a state of hibenation. Shale gas is HOT, and anyone that knows anything about drilling, may pick this thing up and slap some life back in it. After Japan and Libya, etal, the US and the world is looking very favorably at US shale gas and LNG, as was even stated by Pres. Obama just recently. The US is the mother lode for shale gas shale oil and clean coal. It's sure better than the nuke plants, IMO.
