What I posted proves just the opposite of what you are inferring with no basis in fact. In fact what I posted appears to be a logical summary of what most likely happened.

How is it that you are one of the few (7 years after the fact) that see his actions as a problem when NO ONE ELSE in the same seven year period did?

It doesnt prove anything.
Do you realize that you just said that PROVES wrongdoing

It is also possible that Ken thought Cornerstone should acquire the Handcamp property and they decided to pass on it, against his better judgement.

He then staked it in his name with their blessing.

I cant PROVE that this occurred but in my opinion its a more likely scenario than yours
