what was mentionned is not really "information". It's a pattern in this stock's behaviour. I highly doubt Brian will spend a few hundred thousand dollars to purchase a land, just to pump a stock a few triple 0 ticks to raise 10 thousand dollars and pay bills.
Forget this... I had a very positive opinion of Brian going into the year, but the low blow that he pulled in the last 2 PRs really confirmed his statuts in my books.
It doesn't mean that Brian can't prove us doubters wrong... but I am not holding my breath.
Go back into CEO's history and ALL the companies he's started and build a timeline. Fill it in with your DD. Match dates and times of PR's, "verifible" events, SEC filings, relationships with BOD's, research their history. Research his vendors, etc..
