I reviewed BDGR's disclaimer. It appears to use different words to say the same thing: "We are telling you something today that may be untrue tomorrow and , if so, we don't have to update you"

My problem is not with the disclaimer, it is with people who purposefully use such to mislead and pump the stock price. That is something BOTH companies seem to have in common.
