When the stock seems to be worth $5-$10 or more (value), yet it's trading at $1.4 (reality) without verifiable records, watch out! Just do not bet your farm on it.

When it's too good to be true, it's usually not true.

If I were Martin, I'd have taken the entire co. private since the return is so great.
