I think they already have enough profit from their hotels and gaming machines to fund this website and then some. They probably have cash for the sportsbook already ready to go and whatever else they have planned for 2010/2011. They didn't dilute one share today with the PR. What other penny stock can you say hasn't diluted on a PR. They almost all do.
This company wants to be trading higher so they can uplist. They are not about to dump millions of shares into the market, just to reverse split. They are trying to go the reputable approach. After all, if they want people to take them serious, then they want their stock chart to represent a gradual climb as they gain more and more exposure. Not huge dumps and spikes and dumps and spikes. Makes your company look iffy. So that means they have every intention of taking the gaming industry by storm.
