Agree completely.

For those who remain concerned about this, let's look at what dilution really means.

Let's say that LBSR has a market capitalization of 3 billion dollars in three years, capitalization being number of shares outstanding times the stock price.

If at that time the number of shares out is 1 billion, that means the stock is work 3 dollars.

If the company has 7 hundred million shares out, that means the stock is work $4.29.

If the company has 1.2 billion shares out, the stock is worth $2.50.

So, yes, dilution makes a difference, but in regards to how well you can do putting your money in something else, IT ALMOST MAKES NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL.

If you like LBSR with 500 million shares out, YOU STILL HAVE LIKE IT WITH 1.2 billion shares out COMPARED TO THE PRESENT SHARE PRICE.

Wake up here folks! Geez!
