Well put - I know I'm not nervous with everything I hold at $0.03 except one small lot I bought last week at $0.05. I'm already sitting on a sizable gain,... and it is only going to get much, much, much larger if the negotiations/trials go anywhere near as planned.

The only remaining questions to my mind:

- When will a settlement be announced between CLYW and T-Mobile? Assuming they don't stall out and go to trial.

- What will the terms of that settlement be?

- In exactly what form will Daic be removed/retained from the company in the endgame?

Then again - maybe I am just feeling less cynical than usual.
