I found JG'S statement NOT to be in line with how I have seen people's money distributed after passing. I see it everyday in my line of work .

You are making many suppositions in your reply to me. Even if he did want to leave money to whom you refer to, wouldn't it be much better for the beneficiaries to receive $10,000 of TOVC stock instead of $10,000 cash? If they really felt there was a hugely future appreciating asset like TOVC, then selling the stock for cash now and then distributing the cash would be extremely foolish.
