Guess we can scratch another rumor off the list huh lol. Actually it looks like he killed a couple of birds with one stone.

As a matter of policy, Winning Brands has never issued shares to employees in lieu of normal compensation.

I'd like to see more about the rumor that employees are being paid with stock as cash flow is slow, if Lorne is working full time or part time and if the Loews demo hyped on the blog is paid for by Winning Colours?

And if Steve Fantus is still with the company. Since Paul has left and Patricia has left I am wondering who will be next to leave.

Of course, I am allowed to wonder this as I am on a free board and those who do not like it can put me on ignore. Hopefully Eric will address this in his blog and also how he knows that various people are now reading it that do not necessarily participate in discussion forums. Can tracking do that? Not according to my experts.

Sounds like pretty standard compensation and vesting plan. A lot of established companies have similar compensation. The risk for working for a start-up comapany is it may not work out and you're out of a job, therefore they deserve to get some ownersip (shares)of the company for their dedication and risk they are taking.
